01Wheat
Wheat, to each country's recipe.
Vitamin and micronutrient blends manufactured to each country's mandated wheat flour fortification standard, dosed at the mill.
02The blend
The recipe each regulator requires.
Bread is eaten every day by almost everyone, which makes wheat flour one of the two great carriers of public nutrition. Each country legislates what its flour must carry; we manufacture the blend to that recipe, from Egypt's 119,000 tonnes of annual consumption to South Africa's 267,000, as published.
A wheat blend carries iron, zinc, vitamin A and the B-complex, in the forms and at the levels the national standard names, agglomerated so it distributes evenly through the flour at the doser and stays stable through milling, storage and baking.

05Proof
A certificate with every batch.
Every batch leaves the plant with its certificate of analysis. Vitamin A is verified at the mill in about twenty minutes with the BioAnalyt iCheck, and dosing is tracked and reported in Palmatrack, so a mill, a regulator and the quality team read the same number.
Ask for the wheat datasheet.
Tell us the country and the mill's throughput. We will send the standard, the dose range and a certificate from a recent batch.
